Here’s the scoop: A couple months ago, there was word on the street that City Museum was closing. That rumor wasn’t true, but it managed to create quite a stir. Thousands of Facebookers rallied to Save City Museum. When City Museum creator Bob Cassilly found out about the incredible support, and decided to throw you guys a party. So, here it is: 6 hours, 2 bands, 500 lbs of food, 0 cost. That’s right—this event is totally free after 6pm. We’re celebrating YOU. Be there. Ages 16 & up.

CM Open for Memorial Day
City Museum will be OPEN for Memorial Day from 9am to 5pm. Get out your white shoes, buy a watermelon, eat some BBQ, and celebrate Summer at City Museum!

Return of Outdoor Movies
We’re going to kick off our Outdoor Movie Season with an evening of our favorite Viral Videos. We’ll be showing all of your YouTube favorites—so, expect some Ghost Riding the Whip, Aisha, that time Fabio got hit in the face with a bird, the Dramatic Chipmunk, and more! Secure your spot on Monstrocity around 8pm to see the whole show!

Boy Scout Sleepover
Troops, head to City Museum on Sunday, July 5th for the craziest badge-earning activities you’ve ever seen! Since it’s on Father’s Day, this is a great opportunity to spend some time with Dear Old Dad for some old-fashioned bonding time. Boy Scouts will have full run of the museum, and you don’t have to be affiliated with a troop group to attend. Family Sleepover
City Museum is finally opening its doors to non-scouts that can’t get enough of City Museum. Moms and Dads, this is your chance to be the World’s Greatest—bring your kiddies to City Museum and don’t leave until the sun comes up. City Museum will provide art activities, breakfast, dinner, and snacks ‘n drinks in between. You’ll have run of the whole museum. EverydayCircus Events

The World Aquarium recently welcomed a femal Asian River Otter to its ever-expanding family. Visit World Aquarium this may to see the new baby sharks, stingrays, otters, snakes, turtles, parrots, and more!
