This allows for larger parties to take advantage of all of the fun and excitement found in the museum at a significantly reduced expense; including an additional discount for non-profit groups.

*Groups are defined as any collection of people, 15 or more aged 3 and up (No minimum number required for Scouts) Special needs groups should contact the Groups Coordinator for details about pricing and chaperone ratios. For school groups visiting us on a
weekday, a place for sack lunches is available for your use at no additional charge. Just
be sure to schedule your 30 minute lunchtime when making your reservation.
Reservations must be made at least one business day before your visit; walk in groups are not accepted. Proof of tax exemption is required to receive the non-profit group rate. Groups must make a single payment to qualify for the group rate.

City Museum is designed to be enjoyed by children of all ages. However, visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a chaperone 18 years of age or older. Chaperones must accompany children through City Museum (you may not ‘station’ your chaperones) and are responsible for their conduct and wellbeing. Proof of age may be required. After 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays,all visitors under the age of 18 must have an adult with a valid id and a paid admission in attendance (Adult is considered any guest over the age of 18 and a valid ID should contain both photo and birth date.) For groups visiting at night, City Museum requires a 1 adult to every 6 children ratio.
Free Chaperone requirements:
1. Bring a minimum of 15 children.
2. Bring at least one adult for every 6 children.
If you have more than one adult for every 6 children, the remaining adults will be
admitted at the group rate.
Free Chaperone admission does not apply to the rooftop.
