With works\, ranging from photography\, painting\, mixed media & sculptures. These pieces explore past\, present and future topics of the black experience. “In the past\, many black artists and their work went unrecognized and unnoticed; today I see our success as a direct blessing from their efforts. Blessed by the Ancestors is a homage to the great artists who preceded us.” \n\n\n\nBlessed by the Ancestors will be on display in the Architectural Gallery on the 4th Floor from Feb 2-26\, any time we’re open. An opening ceremony will take place Feb 10th\, 5-8pm.

This cozy event will help you recharge your batteries as we head into spring! \n\n\n\n21+. Valid ID required. Advance $20 ticket required. Museum admission included the day of the event.
