Chaperone Policy
- Guests must be at least 16 years old to enter City Museum unaccompanied by a chaperone.
- After 5pm, Guests must be at least 18 years old to enter and remain at City Museum unaccompanied by a chaperone.
- Chaperones must be at least 21 years old and have a valid government-issued identification card for verification. Chaperones are also responsible for the conduct and safety of the accompanying minors.
At all times, Guests 15 years old and under must be accompanied by a chaperone at least 21 years of age. In addition, a chaperone may only be responsible for up to 8 individuals.
City Museum reserves the right to check for valid government-issued identification with name, picture, and birthdate to verify the entry restrictions. Guests without verification of age or are in the building outside of the restricted hours will be asked to leave without refund. These restrictions may be modified based on business needs and activities.
