Ticket Donations
Thank you for inquiring about City Museum ticket donations!
We are excited to announce a new, easier and faster way to request ticket donations from City Museum!
All donation requests will now go through Donation Match where we can review and with a quick click of a button, respond to inquiries. If your request is approved, tickets will be automatically sent to you through the Donation Match platform. It’s that fast and easy!
Ticket donation guidelines:
- To be considered for a donation, your request must be submitted at least one month prior to the date of your event via the Donation Match site and your organization must be within a 200 mile radius.
- Upon approval of a donation request, we will award up to four complimentary General Admission tickets.
- Tickets requests will be reviewed in Donation Match and, if approved, you will receive them through that platform.
- City Museum does not donate to 3rd party fundraisers. The benefitting organization must be the requesting organization.
- City Museum does not donate tickets as employee thanks you gifts or incentives.
- Donation requests may be asked to provide proof of non-profit status (ex: 501(c)(3) letter)
- We receive a very high volume of requests and we try to accommodate as many as possible.
- Following these guidelines does not guarantee approval of a donation.
- Please, no phone or mail-in inquiries.
