Tax Exempt Groups must submit group order form, state-issued tax-exempt letter, and payment in full at least 10 business days (M-F) in advance of arrival date. Out of state-tax-exempt letters accepted. Break in the minimum headcount is provided for scout troops, homeschools, and foster families. 8:1 adult to child ratio required.
