MyPass: Your place for Member Pass Questions & Benefits!
City Museum is proud to offer 4 types of passes:
- Summer Play Pass: valid through Labor Day, September 1, 2025 and includes admission to the 4 interior floors of City Museum, MonstroCity, and the Rooftop
- Basic Member Pass: valid through December 31, 2025 and includes admission to the 4 interior floors of City Museum, plus the outside attraction, MonstroCity
- Gold Member Pass: valid through December 31, 2025 and includes admission to the 4 interior floors of City Museum, MonstroCity, the Rooftop, and 10% off merchandise and food and beverage (non-alcohol)
- Annual Membership: valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and includes all of the benefits of the Gold Member Pass
How to log in to MyPass:
The MyPass portal above has information about what benefits come with your Member Pass.
- Make sure you’ve either stopped by the museum to process your pass OR created your Digital Pass following the email instructions when you purchased online.
- On the back of the card, you’ll find a 6-digit code that serves as your “Member Number” or under the bar code on your Digital Pass you’ll find a 9-digit code that serves as your “Member Number”
- Once you’ve logged in once, you can create an account for future use!
Use MyPass to view the following:
- View your benefits such as free tickets and discounts.
- When redeeming your Bring-A-Friend-Free ticket, your guest must be with you at time of entry to City Museum.
- Add EZ-Pay money to your Member pass card that can be used throughout the museum and view your balance EZ-Pay balance
- Bring-A-Friend Free tickets that are given during a special Pass Sale promotion may not show in MyPass. Your email confirmation of your order will list your Friend tickets. If purchased at the museum, you will receive a paper ticket for your friend.
Easy-Pay Payment Plan Portal:
If you purchased a Member Pass or Annual Membership using the Easy-Pay Payment Plan, you can access that portal here. You will need the email address used to purchase the plan and the confirmation number of the order.

- Start here and have your certificate number handy from your online purchase or in-museum temporary card
- Be ready to take a photo on your mobile device for each membership
- Store your new Digital Pass in your Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or save in your email
Renewal Members Info:
- Members that need to renew must have the pass number located on the back of their card(s) to renew
- All renewal Members will receive a one-time use Pinball Hall ticket that is valid any day through December 31, 2026.
