Labyrinth
Now Open!

Lose yourself to find your path.
Step into Labyrinth, a first-of-its-kind experience where art, architecture, and adventure intertwine. Every twist leads to a new story. Every turn? Totally unplanned. Exactly as it should be.
What Is Labyrinth?
It’s part art installation, part architectural puzzle, and completely City Museum. Every twist and turn in Labyrinth is built from rescued pieces with real stories — like syrup tanks that still smelled sweet when we welded them, giant gears from the Mel Price Lock and Dam, and even glass salvaged from Central Library’s centennial renovation. There’s a pair of squirrels from the St. Louis Zoo, red pipes from the building’s original fire system, and a turbocharger Ricky saved just because it looked like a snail. This is a place where nothing goes to waste — and everything finds new life.
Labyrinth is City Museum’s largest new feature since 2018, unlocking an entirely unexplored area on the 4th floor. Guests can find Labyrinth by walking up the stone steps from the 3rd floor, between the Spider Net and Toddler Town. Access is included with General Admission or Member Pass.
